At Forever & Always Shoes, we want you to love every step in your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, our dedicated team is here to ensure you find the ultimate pair for your collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
